Magic: The Gathering | Marvel Legends
MTG's Universes Beyond is back with Marvel's Spider-Man, infusing a 1/1 chase card in the set bearing a unique irradiated foil treatment and a Marvel Legends Figure collaboration. We are no stranger to the 1/1 chase card from WOTC (as seen with LOTR), will this one have the strength to have collectors and players paying the collector booster prices, probably. However, the expansion to figures is something that may not sit well with some. This four figure set will bring Iron Spider, Man-Wolf, Agent Anti-Venom, and Spider-Man to you in plastic and cardboard form. The four promo cards are nicely presented side-by-side with the figure in a box bearing the collaborative branding. Each figure will set you back $39.99 per figure and are currently available for preorder at most fan channels. Do you think its worth the price? Do you think this is going too far? Or is this only the begining of the rabbit hole?
